Free Weekly Zoom Training — Every Saturday 10:00 AM EAT

Our free weekly chaplaincy training sessions continue every Saturday at 10:00 AM East Africa Time via Zoom. Topics include spiritual care in healthcare, chaplaincy ethics, and crisis intervention. All chaplains — enrolled or not — are welcome to join. Registration link available on the Webinars page.

New Module: Crisis Intervention in Healthcare Settings

We are pleased to announce a new module on Crisis Intervention in Healthcare Settings has been added to the Hospital Chaplaincy Certificate programme. This module covers acute trauma response, suicide prevention protocols, and family notification support. Enrolled students will find it in Module 5 of their portal.

Nine Cohorts Trained and Counting

The National Chaplaincy Training Centre, a joint project of the School of Arts and Social Sciences and the College of Health Sciences, has now trained nine cohorts of chaplains serving in hospitals, schools, and correctional facilities across Kenya. We are proud of our graduates and the communities they serve. Speak to the Admissions Office to join the next cohort.
