Our Mission
To equip hospital, school, prison, and community chaplains across Kenya and East Africa with the professional skills, theological grounding, and values needed to provide exceptional spiritual and pastoral care.
We believe that professional chaplaincy transforms institutions. A well-trained chaplain in a hospital reduces patient anxiety, supports grieving families, and strengthens the entire healthcare team. Our work is not marginal — it is essential.

National Chaplaincy Training Centre, adjacent to Riley's Mother and Baby Hospital, within Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital (MTRH) campus, Eldoret, Uasin Gishu County, Kenya.

NCTC Founded
The National Chaplaincy Training Centre was established in Eldoret, Kenya, adjacent to Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital.
First Cohort Trained
The inaugural cohort of chaplains completed training within the School of Arts and Social Sciences.
Clinical Partnership
Deepened collaboration with the College of Health Sciences, embedding clinical pastoral practice into the programme.
Hybrid Learning Launched
Online learning platform and weekly Zoom sessions launched, extending reach across East Africa.
